Hey guys, here is another recap of what I ate today on Weight Watchers Freestyle. Enjoy! xOxO

Nespresso Machine:
Nespresso Vertuo Double Espresso Pods:
Premier Protein (Vanilla):

Stir Fry recipe (serves 4):
1 pound beef
1/2 cup flour
4 tablespoons oil (olive, avocado, etc.)
3/4 cup Coconut Aminos
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
4 cups riced cauliflower
4 cups mixed [stir fry] vegetables

1. Cut beef into bite-sized chunks
2. Coat beef with flour
3. Heat oil in pan
4. Add beef, garlic, and coconut aminos
5. Sauté over low-medium heat to let the beef absorb the liquid a bit
6. Add riced cauliflower and vegetables
7. Sauté over medium-high heat until all is cooked through
