UPDATE – I incorrectly labeled the potatoes as zero points – they’re actually 2 points for half a cup before the added milk and butter; so the total daily points used was actually 25. Sorry about the mixup!!

Premier Protein (Vanilla):

I can’t find the link to the source of this recipe, but here is how to make it:
Whisk in large bowl:
1/2 cup Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
2 Tablespoons Sriracha
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
Juice of 1 lime

Stir in:
minced ginger (to taste)
3 cloves garlic, crushed

Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes, or overnight

Pour chicken and marinade into crockpot, cook:
High for 3 -4 hours, OR
Low for 5 – 6 hours

Garnish with 2 green onions, thinly sliced
