I go over 3 weight loss tips that I have learned on my journey to lose over 40 pounds. The first tip is to ultimately love yourself no matter what stage you are in your weight loss journey. Don’t expect to love yourself only when you have reached your goal weight. The second tip is to “get in tune” with your body. Learn what foods give you energy and what foods make you feel sluggish. The third tip is to find a community of like minded ladies. You need to find a community or group of friends that will be there to lift you up or help encourage you when times get tough.
