I’ll be honest, so many of my clients struggle with getting enough water in a day. So, I teach them about adding different flavors to their water to get excited about drinking. My clients set a goal in the morning and try to meet it before bed. It’s all about setting small goals and slowly challenging yourself to increase your intake.
