My Workout Routine + Updated Fitness Journey 2 Years Later //

FINALLY my current workout routine, my updated fitness journey, what I’ve been eating and how I’ve been living lately! This video is so overdue I’m so sorry lol I promise to make fitness videos more present on my channel because I know you guys love them and I love making them too!
Fitness and health is a journey for everyone and we are all on our own path. Making this video actually reminded me how much I enjoy having fitness be apart of my life. I’m going to start a Training with Tara series or something like that so we can do this together!

Just remember you guys are all perfect the way you are but it is always great to work towards something, set goals and conquer them!
