So here is My FULL BODY Workout Routine for Lean Body 2019 . How to get a lean body ? This is the best workout to build a lean physique with not big muscles but athletic body. I am performing Chest Shoulders Triceps and Quads in this workout which is Push Dominant workout. I have become a fan of Full Body workouts as they help you build lean muscle fast and lose fat fast. C. Dumbbell Bench Step ups for Legs Quads hamstrings and Glutes
D1 – bent over triceps Rope Extensions for Long head of Triceps
D2 – Dumbbell Lateral raise for Medial Deltoid
D3 – Declined crunches for abs
E1. Pec Dec Fly to Isolate Chest
E2. Plate Loaded Neck Flexions for Neck Thickness
E3. Seated Calf Raises for Soleus of Calves
