It’s the weekend, Fitness Blender family! What are you all up to?
If exercise is in your plans, or even if it is not, here’s a quick routine (link in Stories) that includes exercises that are effective at increasing range of motion and working the core muscles. It can be paired with a longer workout or used simply to get in some quick, effective core work.

This routine isn’t overly difficult, but all of the movements you’ll find in this routine work much more than just your abdominals — your entire core (abs, obliques, lower back), and butt, thighs, and upper body all have to pitch in to get these moves done.
