If exercise is in your plans, or even if it is not, here’s a quick routine (link in Stories) that includes exercises that are effective at increasing range of motion and working the core muscles. It can be paired with a longer workout or used simply to get in some quick, effective core work.⁣⁣

𝟓 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐀𝐛𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝗪𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐨𝐮𝐭 — 𝐀𝐛𝐬 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐝 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐞⁣⁣
