This routine is special. The way I’ve created is so it work outs every ab muscle and we stretch our abs between exercises to get that lean image. This routine is also extremely effective in STRENGTHENING your core. (which will help in your dancing, tumbling, turns, handstands, etc.)

To get a flat stomach, remember this that it’s 80% what you eat, 20% fitness
