If you’re tired of seeing people perform circus acts on Instagram for attention and just want a simple (but not easy) science-backed, total body workout that’ll burn a ton of fat and build muscle, bookmark this post and do the workout twice a week on non-consecutive days for the next 4 weeks…

You’ll need two dumbbells and a timer. I like Deltaworks Interval Timer (search the App Store. it’s free)…
.
Instructions:
✅ Set timer for 45 seconds of work and 15 seconds of rest
✅ Press start and do all moves back-to-back with perfect form for 45 seconds, each
✅ Rest 15 seconds between moves and rounds
✅ Once you’ve completed all 6 moves, that’s 1 round
✅ Do 3-5 rounds based on available time and fitness level
✅ Track and write down the number of reps you complete in your 1st and last rounds
✅ Each time you do this workout, try to increase your numbers in those rounds
❌If you have joint pain, an injury or significant weight to lose, ditch the last move in this series.
