Machine Fly 2(sets)x15-20 (reps)
Flat Bench 1 Warm Up Set 5×6-8
Low Incline DB 1 Warm Up Set 5×6-8
Incline DumbBell Fly 3×12-15
Single Arm Machine Press 3×12-15
Chest Press 3 2 1 2x15reps
