This is where I find most people will go wrong in the quest to build their ideal body. They will be super strict Monday through until Friday. Then the weekend comes along and all of a sudden calories dont count and because they’ve been so restricted they end up binging.

Instead, you should be more flexible and eat a diet you enjoy every day. Then you wont feel so restricted when the weekend comes around and youl have an easier time sticking to your calorie goal!
