Started intermittent fasting around 11:00am for 8 hours. Meal plan included : Water, Foxtail Millets, Keema Curry, Chilli Chicken, Sambhar, Idli, Curry Leaves Powder / Karivepaku Podi, Orange Juice.
Followed16/8 method , ate for 8 hours such as 11:30am to 7:30pm. Then fasted for 16 hours in between.
Weight loss is possible by reducing caloric intake. So 16/8 method is the simplest, stays for long time and easy to stick to and very popular.
It’s recommended to start with the 16/8 method.
If you feel good when fasting and find it to be a sustainable way of eating, it can be a very powerful tool to lose weight and improve your health.
