cozying up w another little banana bread bake this morning ❄️ bc again.. it’s friday and you need this for your bfast tomorrow 🙂 love uuuuu xx d

ingredients
– 1/4 cup rolled oats
– 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
– 2 tbsp oat flour
– 1/4 tsp baking powder
– 1/2 tsp cinnamon
– pinch of salt
– 1 ripe banana
– 1/4 cup non dairy milk
– 1 tsp vanilla
– 1/2-1 tbsp maple syrup
– add-ins if u want (nuts, choco chips etc)

directions
1. preheat oven to 375f and lightly spray an oven safe dish or ramekin
2. combine oats, flax, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a med bowl
3. in a separate bowl mash the banana and mix with milk, vanilla, and maple syrup
4. add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently stir to combine. fold in any add ins and transfer to your sprayed dish
5. bake for 25 min and allow to cool. i popped mine out of the bowl and broke it apart into pieces then topped w crunchy peanut butter 🤤
