Did this quick-no equipment ab workout before my upper body day and it got me sweatyyyy πŸ’¦ and my abs were on fire!πŸ”₯

πŸ”„ I completed 4 rounds (no rest between exercises, and 1-2 minutes rest between rounds!)

1️⃣ 12 V-ups – try and hold for a split second at the top!
2️⃣ 20 side to side knee ins – you can use a water bottle instead of a kettle bell!
3️⃣ 20 hip taps
4️⃣ 20 reverse plank knee ins
5️⃣ 20 commandos – do these as fast as you can!
