You CANT decide where you will lose bodyfat! If you believe you have stubborn fat then it’s purely a case of staying in a deficit for longer to lose that extra weight! I know that’s probably not what you wanted to hear but there are far too many people that will lie to you to sell you a certain product or supplement that claims to get rid of fat from certain areas of the body and it pisses me off!

I know it’s frustrating when you have stubborn areas that take ages to lose fat but it’s just one of them things that takes time! Sometimes it just feels as though it’s not working and I know that can get you down!

I promise you if you stick to your plan and work hard then eventually your stubborn areas will get there! Keep being consistent and all will come together 💪
