90 Days transformation workout series..

How i have designed the workout program is given below…

1-7days
only functional workout just to pump al d body parts in a single week… so that body can get ready to bear the pain for Single body parts….

Real workout starts from (first 1month Workout)
Day8 to Day13
Repeat this workout for a month with single body part nd abs wrkout….

2nd month
Day32 to Day
we have changed our wrkout frm single body part to double body parts so that body can feel more pain nd can show more results…..
Supersets Workout….

3rd month
Day62 to Day66
Again the workout has been changed so that body can again feel the shock…. Again a variation is given in the workout so that you guys can see more good results….
