The “secret” to losing weight isn’t so much in the losing part, it’s much bigger than that…

Let me explain…
I’m pretty sure most of you watching this video (or reading this description) have probably lost weight at some time or another. You may have went on a diet plan, followed an exercise routine, or did something that resulted in you losing some weight.

However, I’m willing to bet that something happened, you got off track, and ended up regaining the weight that you lost… If it didn’t than you wouldn’t be reading this right now because you’d be at the beach somewhere showing off your lean ripped body 🙂

So the real challenge isn’t so much losing weight, but keeping it off after you’ve lost it. And the 3 keys that we’re going to cover here will help with both losing weight in the first place, and keeping it off after you’ve lost it.

The 3 keys to losing weight are:

#1 – Exercise every single day no matter what…
This could be going to the gym for a weight training workout, it could be as simple as going for a walk, it could be doing a bodyweight circuit routine, it could be going for a bicycle ride, etc. But every single day you must exercise and make it a habit you don’t break – just like getting a shower or brushing your teeth – it has to become apart of your regular everyday routine.

#2 – Clean eating 90% of the time…
Every time you eat a meal, focus primarily on lean protein, fruits, and vegetables. Those are the foods that will fuel muscle growth, improve your health, and speed up fat loss. #3 – This is NOT a “Diet” it’s a Lifestyle…
When people go on a “diet” they tend to think of a short term experience, with the end goal of quickly losing some weight, and then going back to their old habits after they reach their goal. Instead of thinking short-term, think of how can you improve your overall lifestyle so that the way you naturally live your life leads to burning bodyfat and improving your strength and energy.

This isn’t something you’re going to do for a few weeks, or a few months, and then quit. It has to be something you’re going to do for the rest of your life. When you make the change from thinking about this as a short term diet, to a lifestyle, it makes all the difference in your approach and your results.
