12.5 weeks pregnant! My energy Is TOTALLY coming back and I’m starting to feel so much better! Workouts have been amazing and I’m just scaling everything as needed to what I personally feel comfortable with! (And yes, working out while pregnant is very good for you and baby if you modify correctly)

I worked up to 155lb on deadlifts for 8×4 and then did an 11 min amrap of 12 deadlifts, 9 hang squat cleans, and 6 shoulder to overhead @ 85lbs 😊 @wodndone grips are a lifesaver and I highly recommend! Use code “jalissa” to save! .
